NEC SV9000 series communication servers
NEC Australia has launched the UNIVERGE SV9000 series next-generation communications servers and a new family of DT series handsets. The series includes the SV9100, SV9300 and SV9500 communication platforms, offering customers an integrated unified communications (UC) solution encompassing voice, video, presence, instant messaging, unified messaging, contact centre, collaboration and mobility.
The UNIVERGE SV9500 platform for enterprise customers is available as a dedicated appliance or a virtualised application, helping customers to deploy UC applications faster and at a lower cost, while increasing performance and availability. The highly scalable SV9500 enables video and audio conferencing, messaging, directory, presence, contact centre, soft phones and mobile clients.
The UNIVERGE SV9300 and SV9100 server appliances are purpose built for easy and flexible deployment, while offering feature-rich UC and voice capabilities.
NEC Australia has also announced the Australian launch of the DT range of desktop handsets that support the demands of business, such as multiline, touch screen, colour, gigabit networking and consoles.
