The MLB-E4212-8-G-P-F is a Managed Gigabit Ethernet switch, containing six 10/100/1000BaseT PoE PSE ports and two 10/100/1000BaseT ports. It complies with IEEE standard 802.3at and is able to deliver up to 30/60 W power per port along with data on standard Ethernet cabling. The switch can be used to power any IEEE 802.3af/at compliant PoE PD device with PoE power management features. The MLB-E4212 eases the deployment and planning of a PoE power budget while eliminating the need for additional wiring to reach a power source.

The MLiS Industrial Switches include flash ring topology to provide redundant network paths and scale chain functionality to balance data flow control and achieve higher performance. Industrial features include a rugged, fanless design, 1.5 kV port isolation and -40 to 75°C operating temperature.

MLiS Managed Industrial Gigabit Ethernet switches are available with 240 AC or 44–58 VDC power inputs, making them suitable for harsh industrial environments, telecommunications and 24/7 server farm applications.
