Nuix and KPMG Australia form alliance
Nuix and KPMG Australia will form a partnership designed to improve cybersecurity defences for their clients.
The companies will assist clients in managing and handling large volumes of data for digital investigations, insider threats, cybersecurity, e-discovery, information governance, compliance and privacy.
“Using Nuix’s leading processing, investigation and analytics software and the expertise of KPMG’s experienced advisory teams, we are helping clients reduce their security risks, improve efficiency and proactively manage and govern their data,” said Gary Gill, head of Forensic, KPMG Australia.
KPMG will be the first advisory firm in Australia to use Nuix insight adaptive security as part of its incident response capability. The product is a security platform that tightly integrates cybersecurity threat prevention, detection, response, remediation and deception.
“Both KPMG and Nuix have taken a different perspective on data problems, leading to great success in forensics, e-discovery, investigations, privacy and information governance and now cybersecurity,” said Nuix CEO Eddie Sheehy.
“Technology on its own can’t safeguard enterprise data. Our technology coupled with KPMG’s risk and management expertise uniquely positions us to deliver the most robust solutions. We are better together at helping organisations protect, secure and manage their data.”
