Blue Prism partners with AWS on intelligent automation
Intelligent automation company Blue Prism has announced a new strategic partnership with AWS aimed at helping customers access and implement intelligent automation at hyperscale.
Under the agreement, Blue Prism will build software-as-a-service offerings on AWS while working with the AWS Intelligent Automation team to increase the intelligence and accessibility of Blue Prism’s digital robots.
Blue Prism will accelerate its robots’ integration with AWS applications and services, including AWS’s omnichannel cloud contact centre as well as key AWS productivity applications.
The Blue Prism on Demand offering will launch on the AWS Marketplace in 2022. It will enable organisations to adopt intelligent automation solutions using a consumption-based pricing model.
Blue Prism CTO Dan Ternes said research suggests that 92% of IT decision-makers see robotic process automation (RPA) as important for driving digital transformation.
“It’s time for businesses to recognise the potential of their workforce through intelligent automation, amidst tactical digital transformation efforts,” he said.
“AWS’s comprehensive capabilities, combined with Blue Prism’s industry-leading offerings, provides a more holistic solution for productivity as businesses continue to transform and expand. This partnership further strengthens our expertise to bolster our customers’ automation needs.”
