The PhoneEasy IP Console and PhoneEasy Desktop II telephony management software products have successfully completed compatibility testing through the Nortel Developer Program.
The software products enable Nortel Business Communications Manager 50 (BCM 50) users to manage incoming and outgoing calls with the mouse, providing detail about the caller or the person being called.
The ‘Busy Lamp’ feature displays the status of extensions in both the local office and branch offices. With calendar mining from the Exchange Server and the ability to dial all contacts, they eliminate time spent calling people who are in meetings or out of the office.
The products can also set up conferences, provide call back reminders and log call details.
