2021 classroom resource inspiration

The ever-useful ABC Education website is offering plenty of inspiration for teachers putting together lesson plans for the year, providing a library of curriculum-aligned content for primary and secondary school students.

With over 3000 items to peruse, the library contains videos, games and digibooks across 10 learning topics, including civics and citizenship, economics and business, mathematics, English, science, history, geography, STEM, the arts and technologies.

Library users can filter by resource type, topic area or year (foundation plus Years 1 through 10). Educators and teachers are sure to find suitable resources among the incredible breadth of subjects including contemporary art, the Cold War, Kakadu National Park, an introduction to Scratch programming, a history of Aboriginal rights in Australia and understanding renewable energy.
