Windows 10 now on 900 million devices
Windows 10 is now running on over 900 million devices, Microsoft’s Corporate Vice President, Modern Life, Search and Devices, Yusuf Mehdi, tweeted on Tuesday.
“From PCs to Hololens to Xbox to Surface Hub, Windows continues to power innovation,” Mehdi said.
Windows 10 has seen massive growth over the past year, adding more devices than any previous year — including 100 million devices in the last six months alone.
The move brings Microsoft closer to its goal of 1 billion devices on Windows 10.
