Android Enjoyed tops complaints list again

Complaints against online electronic store Android Enjoyed are continuing to pile up despite the official warning issued against the company by the NSW Government, which was renewed in April.

The online store topped the list of the NSW Fair Trading Complaints Register for the fourth straight month during May, with 77 complaints filed by consumers in the state, the agency revealed.

As a result, NSW Fair Trading is considering taking formal action against the store, which is owned by Digital Marketing and Solutions Pty Ltd.

“I’ve ensured Fair Trading is investigating allegations of misconduct against Android Enjoyed, and its parent company, Digital Marketing and Solutions,” NSW Minister for Better Regulation Matt Kean said.

“I want to make sure businesses are putting consumers first.”

The company’s other online retail store Camera Sky again received the second number of complaints at 31, while Apple and Kogan ranked joint third with 27 complaints each. Samsung and new entrant Good Tech were equal sixth behind real estate company Ray White with 23 complaints.

The monthly Complaints Register names and shames companies that have been subject to 10 or more complaints during the course of the month.
