Spots running out for TechKnow Invest 2016
Companies and potential investors alike are showing strong interest for the upcoming second instalment of the TechKnow Invest Roadshow, to be held 5–8 April on Australia’s east coast.
Following on from a successful inaugural event in October 2015, which saw 18 companies present to over 500 investors, organisers said presentation spaces were snapped up within days for the April conference with delegate spots selling fast.
Sixteen tech specialist companies, including start-ups, IPOs and well-established firms, will present over the three days on a range of developments from the ever-evolving technology industry.
With millions in stock market investment streaming into tech-focused businesses, the TechKnow Invest Roadshow has already attracted strong interest with more than 200 investors already registered to attend.
“The inaugural event was a great success for both the participating companies and the investors that attended, and the speed in which this show has sold out strongly indicates that this is the right type of investor event and the right market for these times,” said Jaxon Crabb from Vertical Events, the conference organiser.
“This is a one-of-a-kind event for investors interested in the tech sector.”
The three-city roadshow will kick off in Brisbane on Thursday 5 April, moving on to Sydney two days later for 7 April and wrapping up on Friday 8 April in Melbourne.
The event is also supported by Foster Stockbroking and DJ Carmichael, as well as the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
