Elastic expands observability partnership with Tines
Search AI company Elastic has expanded its partnership with AI-powered workflow management company Tines to simplify security and observability workflow automation.
The expanded partnership will see the companies provide an integrated product consisting of the Tines Workflow Automation and Elastic Search AI Platform.
The joint product promises to provide faster issue resolution by harnessing AI to expedite investigation and response. It also promises increased operational efficiency, reduced costs through the reduction of security incidents and service disruptions, standardised operating procedures and faster collaboration.
Tines CEO Eoin Hinchy said the collaboration will help joint customers expedite the time taken to turn insights into action, which often determines the effectiveness of security and observability teams.
“By connecting real-time analysis and AI-powered workflows, the combined offering from Elastic and Tines minimises that time,” he said. “This results in faster issue resolution, reduced costs, and less stress and workload on practitioners.”
Elastic GM for Security and Observability Santosh Krishnan added that today’s security analysts and DevOps engineers are frequently inundated with a constant flood of alerts that need to be acted on.
“Our partnership with Tines is a force multiplier, helping cut through the noise and break down data silos, supporting practitioners through automation and real-time insights that function seamlessly together,” he said.
