GoTo launches new admin platform for MSP partners

Business communications provider GoTo has launched a new service offering for managed service providers, aimed at helping channel partners meet the evolving needs of their SMB customers.

The new GoTo Resolve platform provides tailored account administration and reporting features, including the ability for users to remotely access, control and troubleshoot device, network and infrastructure issues.

The platform enables the separation of managed clients into distinct accounts, while also allowing cross-account management through the GoTo Admin partner portal.

Integrated endpoint protection software allows MSPs to provide an additional layer of security for clients, with the platform built using a zero-trust security architecture. Meanwhile, integrations with professional service automation tools Datto Autotask and ConnectWise Manage solutions are designed to streamline set-up and user provisioning.

Users are also able to configure reporting of their customers’ assets, health, performance and customer networks individually or grouped by category.

GoTo VP of Global Partner Sales Michael Day said the new platform builds on GoTo’s decision in 2019 to be 100% channel-focused.

“We designed the specialised offering based on feedback from our MSP partners, providing them with all the tools they need to simplify workloads and streamline the support experience for customers,” he said.

“This will be a huge vector of growth for us in the coming years and we are eager to bring some much-needed functionality and support to the market.”
