LogicMonitor unveils genAI observability tool
Observability platform provider LogicMonitor has unveiled a new generative AI solution aimed at helping IT operations teams avoid incidents and lowering mean time to resolve while reducing alert fatigue. The solution, Edwin AI, is designed to solve the most complex observability and troubleshooting issues faced by modern enterprises.
Edwin AI has been built from the ground up to provide a native generative AI observability platform purpose built to understand, reason and act on business-critical data from enterprise IT environments.
The solution is capable of generating human-readable summarisation of complex alerts for improved operational efficiencies. It can also suggest potential root causes of issues, as well as step-by-step instructions for remediation and responses.
Edwin AI can also provide predictive insights by compressing up to 95% of alerts into a comprehensible output, and can be controlled through a natural language interface that can contextualise, dialog and troubleshoot issues in real time.
LogicMonitor CEO Christina Kosmowski said AI is the future of IT operations.
“With nearly 75% of companies already testing AI solutions, it’s clear that most know they must invest in generative AI to be more competitive, efficient and scale faster. This added pressure puts IT teams in untenable positions as they need to do more with the same,” she said. “Edwin AI is designed to expand the reach and augment the capabilities of ITOps teams as they add more initiatives to their workloads. The opportunity to have a teammate that quickly makes sense of raw data and gives it to you in a single unified view is exactly how Edwin AI helps your organisation excel.”
