Lumify Group acquires Wizard Corporate Training

Sydney-based skills training services provider Lumify Group has acquired Australian training provider Wizard Corporate Training as part of plans to expand its service offerings.

The acquisition has allowed Lumify Group to add 25 new professional development courses to its portfolio, including short courses, application IT training and custom training programs.

Wizard Corporate Training has a strong presence in the ACT as well as across the country. Lumify Group CEO Jon Lang said the company also plans to integrate Wizard with its professional development subsidiary Nexacu.

“We are thrilled to welcome Wizard Corporate Training to the Lumify Group family. This acquisition allows us to offer a more comprehensive suite of training options that will better cater to the needs of our diverse customer base.” he said. “We look forward to leveraging Wizard’s expertise to provide greater value and support to all our clients.”

Lumify Group provides a range of corporate ICT, soft skills and digital skills training, with a focus on delivering instructor-led training for Microsoft and Adobe applications across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines. As well as Nexacu, Lumify Group operates the core brands Lumify Learn, Lumify Work, Lumify People, City Desktop Training, ENS and PEF.
