Medibank selects Loyalty Now for rewards
Private health insurer Medibank has selected Loyalty Now technology to underpin its Live Better health and wellbeing rewards program.
Eligible Live Better members earn points that can be redeemed from a range of health and wellbeing partners and Medibank determined a need to evolve the program based on member feedback. Following a successful proof of concept, Medibank and Loyalty Now partnered to create a fully integrated loyalty and rewards solution, which lets members link up to five payment cards to earn points that can be redeemed for rewards when shopping with health and wellbeing brands.
“We’re excited to partner with Loyalty Now to give our members even more opportunities to be rewarded for prioritising their health,” said Medibank’s Lado Botchorishvili, Head of Development and Delivery – Live Better.
“As a health company, we’re always looking at ways to help our members do the things they enjoy and reap the rewards for living better.”
