Rexel named Australian APC distributor

Rexel Holdings Australia has been appointed as an official distributor of Schneider Electric’s flagship APC brand in Australia. APC provides clean battery backup power, surge protection and IT/OT physical infrastructure to maintain availability of data inside and outside the traditional IT environment.
Under the agreement, Rexel will have access to a range of APC IT/OT solutions including uninterruptible power supplies, power distribution units, cooling solutions, data racking and software.
The company was selected to join the list of APC distributors due to its extensive experience in electrical distribution and commitment to customer service, according to Schneider Electric Sales Leader for Commercial and Industrial Raj Singh.
“Through this distribution arrangement, we want to ensure partners have access to the depth and breadth of APC offerings by Schneider Electric. We are thrilled to welcome Rexel as one of our distributors, as its commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction aligns well with Schneider Electric’s values,” he said. “Rexel will complement our existing distributors that will continue to play a crucial role in APC’s network, leveraging its distribution infrastructure to ensure customers continue to receive best-in-class service.”
Rexel GM for Technical Sales Mathew Edgar welcomed the arrangement.
“APC is the world’s most respected and trusted power protection and data racking solution vendor. This partnership is an exciting opportunity for resellers to offer the best solutions to their end users for server, storage and UPS systems,” he said. “With significant growth happening across the sector, this is an exciting time for the partnership of our organisations.”
