Rippling launches training course builder in Australia

Workforce management platform provider Rippling has launched a new custom course builder in Australia, aimed at helping organisations deliver customised training solutions for employees.

The solution enables users to develop courses with videos, images and quizzes within the Rippling platform or upload existing coursework to build a learning and development program tailored to their unique needs. Courses can be assigned at critical moments in the employee lifecycle, such as onboarding or following a promotion, or to groups at specific times of the year.

Organisations can also access pre-built global course catalogues on topics such as cybersecurity, while employees can access training materials on-demand from any device.

The Rippling platform meanwhile automates previously time-consuming manual tasks like course enrolment, and includes support for over 15 languages to cater to the training needs of global teams.

All data uploaded by customers is stored within the Rippling platform for easy access, and for tracking progress to make sure teams have completed their training.

Rippling VP and head of Asia Matt Loop said the platform is well suited to a market like Australia, which has historically been behind the productivity curve.

“In today’s fast-paced world, continuous learning and development are crucial for any organisation’s success. But traditionally, creating purpose-built training courses that are relevant to employees is a time-consuming and expensive process,” he said. “With our custom course builder, Rippling enables businesses to provide an exceptional training experience for employees with much less time and effort. The tool is designed to enhance employee growth, ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge, ultimately helping drive better business outcomes.”
