UXC, Senetas team up on data security

UXC Limited has teamed up with security vendor Senetas to offer tailored data security products for government agencies and large corporations.

The partners plan to combine Senetas’ defence-grade encryptors with UXC’s portfolio of ICT consultancy, advisory and infrastructure services to offer solutions for UXC’s Australian government and commercial customers.

UXC Managing Director Cris Nicolli said that the growing list of organisations falling victim to cyberattacks proves that data networks are vulnerable to security breaches and that organisations need strong encryption products to be protected.

“We expect that our ability to offer an Australian-developed and manufactured security solution will be a strong selling point for government and defence agencies as well as corporates across Australia,” he said.

“We look forward to building a more secure and protected environment for our customers.”

Senetas encryption products have Common Criteria, FIPS and CAPS certification. The company’s encyptors are being used in over 20 countries.
