Accurate Background launches Accel platform

Employment screening solutions provider Accurate Background has launched a new-generation platform tailored to the Australian market. The company says Accel has been built from the ground up to meet Australian security, compliance and performance standards.

The platform provides enterprise-level capabilities for managing the recruitment process and streamlining employee background screening. The platform operates on 100% Australian-based infrastructure, but still allows Australian businesses to conduct screenings that meet international standards.

The company says Accel is capable of adding multiple application tracking system integrations out of the box for enhanced capabilities.

Some of the first Australian customers to receive access to the new platform include business print solution provider Konica Minolta and Navy food and beverage outlet Navy’s Anchorage.

Accurate Background GM and EVP International Aaron Hayes said the platform is designed to revolutionise the way Australian businesses handle employee screening processes.

“Our new Accel platform is a testament to our commitment to delivering top-tier background screening solutions that meet the unique needs of Australian businesses while offering global reach,” he said. “This next-generation platform has been carefully crafted to meet the specific needs of the large businesses and public sector agencies we work with daily. Accel is designed to provide them with unparalleled security, compliance and performance in their background screening needs, helping to make every hire the start of a success story.”

Employee checks available through Accurate Background include criminal record checks, bankruptcy checks, entitlement to work checks, professional body membership checks, identity verification checks and criminal history checks.
