ShadowProtect 3.2 includes 64-bit support for Microsoft Windows operating systems.

This support allows users to protect systems that run on 64-bit platforms, such as Windows Server 2008 and Microsoft Exchange Server 2007.

Support for Windows Server 2008 includes in-built hardware independent restore for fast disaster recovery capabilities at no additional charge. Exchange 2007 support enables real-time backups every 15 mins with single mailbox restore technology.

Also included is the capacity to migrate to and from physical and virtual environments. This enables P2V (physical to virtual), V2V (virtual to virtual) and V2P (virtual to physical) migrations. Both VMware and Microsoft VirtualPC environments are supported.

The integrated granular single file restore recovery technology enables a single file or folder to be restored in literally seconds instead of hours.

Enhanced retention policy for removable drives improves disk management policies for image repositories, while self-healing incremental image technology helps ensure backup integrity.
