Voice&Data now also available as an eMag

Australia and New Zealand’s premier information and communications technology business magazine, Voice&Data, is now available to readers in digital format, via the Texterity delivery platform. Readers can now choose to receive Voice&Data in print or as an eMag (or both).

The digital edition offers a number of value-add features, allowing readers to search on specific terms, share articles with colleagues, download specific pages and link directly to any url listed in editorial items or advertising.

Texterity is recognised as a world leader in digital magazine delivery and no plug-ins or downloads are required by the reader to view the eMag. The interface also leverages the Safari browser built in to the Apple iPhone, allowing readers with iPhones to easily access the magazine on their mobile devices.

Voice&Data is the second digital magazine launch in two months from Westwick-Farrow Media, following the successful launch of an eMag version of Sustainability Matters last month.

“Our goal with the rollout of digital editions is to give our readers in specific industry sectors what they want, when they want it, and how they want to receive it. The print and digital magazines are complemented by targeted web communities (such as www.VoiceandData.com.au) and eNewsletters, all of which are free to qualified business professionals,” Associate Publisher at Westwick-Farrow Media Geoff Hird stated.

“This initiative is also part of our new Green Publishing Policy, aimed at reducing overall print runs while at the same time maintaining the quality and quantity of readership. We still expect to be printing magazines for some considerable time to come, but that is now just one of a range of delivery platforms for our content,” Hird added.

The July issue of Voice&Data is now available for viewing at http://digital.voiceanddata.com.au.
