The ATEN VE8952 HDMI over IP Extender delivers visually lossless 1080p/4K AV signals with low latency over long distance, via a standard Gigabit network. Congruent to the VE8950 and the VE8900, the VE8952 Video over IP solution is designed to address the challenges that system integrators encounter when implementing AV over IP solutions.

The product also provides an effective, easy-to-use and economical digital signage solution, suitable for a range of environments, such as stores, airports, train stations, office spaces, counters and demo spaces.

The VE8952 series offers flexibility and scalability, with a simple point-to-point, no complication set-up to hundreds of endpoints. It also offers flexibility and multi-functionality in extender, splitter, matrix switch and video wall applications. With large, clear ID displays and simple pushbuttons for ID setting and switching, the units also feature I/O printing on the housing for easy port recognition, built-in brackets for convenient mounting and LED lights for quick diagnosis.

The VE8952 enables flexible control while using the mobile app, thereby allowing users to preview, monitor and switch video sources via any mobile device to streamline their operations on the go, while simultaneously reaching further for less with daisy chaining. Additionally, no extra server PCs or software is required.

The VE8952 also allows users to manage their AV over IP system by logging in to any receiver or transmitter from the web GUI. Users can also locate the VE8952 anywhere without the need for power cabling, or having to install additional outlets.
