The Brother A4 and A3 colour Business Inkjet printers are designed for businesses with a mid to high print volume requirement. The product is suitable for companies with print volumes of between 250 and 2000 pages/month.

The product uses pigment-based inks for all cartridges, providing brighter colours and denser blacks, with sharp text and vivid colour for business documents as well as fast-dry, non-fade prints.

The product prints up to 22 pages/min with swift first page output and copy times of less than 6 s. With options to use high yield cartridges (up to 3000 pages monochrome and 1500 pages colour), the models offer competitive costs per page.

The product features an improved print head, increasing machine life from 60,000 to 100,000 pages, and good durability.

Features include fast, intuitive touchscreen LCD control panels and physical keys, a ready-to-use 50-sheet automatic document feeder, more robust and easy to extend paper trays, stronger paper guides and a softer close scanner lid.

The product is compatible with several mobile, cloud, print and scan systems, including iPrint&Scan and Apple AirPrint.

Users can scan to and print from popular cloud storage services. This enables quick and easy sharing and storing of files including Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive, straight from the touchscreen, without being connected to a PC.

A near field communication (NFC) enables a ‘tap to print’ connection to be established from NFC compatible mobile devices. An NFC card reader is also incorporated, which allows for pull printing to be added, enabling users to access machine functions and release print jobs securely by using a compatible NFC card or badge.
