LogicMonitor partners with OpenAI for DC management
LogicMonitor has announced a strategic collaboration with OpenAI aimed at transforming and modernising IT operations and data centre management.
Under the collaboration, LogicMonitor will incorporate OpenAI technologies into its Edwin AI platform, which is designed to help enterprises transform IT operations data into actionable intelligence while better managing the complexity of modern data centre environments.
LogicMonitor says the integration will enable the delivery of unified insights from first and third party telemetry data and critical IT data. Customers will be able to analyse multiple factors in parallel to address IT challenges with enhanced speed and accuracy. The integration will also enable proactive problem solving of issues before they can impact performance.
LogicMonitor CEO Christina Kosmowski said the collaboration underscores LogicMonitor’s commitment to transform data centres.
“LogicMonitor has long been the trusted, strategic partner to CIOs, helping them build resilient, scalable businesses ready for the Agentic AI era. This integration with OpenAI’s technology accelerates our AI leadership, enabling us to deliver the most advanced reasoning technologies that transform data centres and ITOps,” she said. “By embedding OpenAI’s advanced reasoning technologies into our platform and workflows, we’re empowering IT teams with agentic interfaces and intelligent automation to stay ahead in a complex landscape — while driving faster innovation and greater value for our customers.”
As part of the collaboration, LogicMonitor is also adopting OpenAI’s ChatGPT Enterprise to help modernise its internal workflows and accelerate AI adoption.
OpenAI Chief Commercial Officer Giancarlo Lionetti said the company is “thrilled” to be partnering with LogicMonitor.
“By integrating our advanced reasoning technologies into Edwin AI and internal workflows, LogicMonitor’s customers will be able to manage the complexity of modern data centre environments faster and with more precision,” he said.
