Avanade launches Microsoft-powered AI services

Microsoft-focused professional services company Avanade has launched seven new Microsoft-powered AI services tailored to helping mid-market organisations in Asia–Pacific accelerate growth and embrace the AI era.

The new services include Accelerate Revenue Generation, a service for helping sales teams move beyond traditional customer relationship management (CRM) systems to AI-powered sales tools that increase productivity while improving customer engagement.

Meanwhile, the AI-Powered Migration and Modernisation service aims to help mid-market organisations navigate their cloud migration journey to Microsoft Azure, and Build and Modernise AI Apps is designed to help organisations create efficient AI-powered apps for specific business needs.

Drive Business Transformation with Copilot helps mid-market organisations unlock new sources of value using the Microsoft 365 Copilot tool. It includes safeguards and controls to prevent misuse. Modernise ERP helps customers reduce total cost of ownership and build new business models and revenue streams.

The Unify your Intelligent Data and Analytics Platform service aims to help customers overcome the limitations of legacy technology to achieve their AI ambitions. Finally, Unify Threat Protection is designed to help organisations stay ahead of rapidly evolving threats, while detecting and investigating incidents.

Avanade President for Asia-Pacific Bhavya Kapoor said the new services combine the company’s industry and technical expertise with Microsoft’s AI-powered platforms and tools.

“Asia–Pacific is home to a deep pool of mid-market organisations. They are on the cusp of transformation, eager to take advantage of Microsoft technologies like cloud, data and AI to drive growth, and are pillars of this region’s fast-moving digital economy,” he said. “As the dedicated technology partner that is 100% focused on the Microsoft ecosystem, we are jointly committed with Microsoft to empower these organisations and make a genuine human impact through the services we offer — helping them unleash their potential to propel Asia–Pacific’s economic growth, develop local capabilities, and stimulate innovation.”
