Empired takes the lead in 2021 ISG Provider Lens Microsoft report

The 2021 ISG Provider Lens Microsoft Ecosystem report for Australia has named global IT services provider Empired as a leader in the categories of Microsoft Azure Managed Services and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Empired was one of the few Australian companies named as a leader in Azure Managed Services.

Stuart Strickland, Group General Manager (customer enablement) at Empired, said the company will help customers maximise their investment in technology by applying a set of scalable methodologies that accelerate time to value.

“Empired helps customers complete projects faster and more successfully with lower costs and less risk. This recognition cements Empired’s place as a leader and recognises the investment the business has made into Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365,” Strickland said.

Empired was selected as a leader in Azure Managed Services due to its heritage, Microsoft Azure Expert MSP certification and because of its ability to deliver high-quality, managed, end-to-end Azure cloud services. Empired can take customers from initial planning and design to implementation, operation and optimisation.

“One of the biggest challenges our customers find is that they’re not achieving the cost savings they expected when they migrated to Azure. Empired solves that problem by optimising and consolidating workloads. Empired can dramatically cut costs for customers in the Azure space, making sure they get the benefits they signed up for,” Strickland said.

Empired was chosen as a leader in Dynamics 265 because of the quality of its Dynamics 365 team. The Empired team includes a number of Microsoft MVPs who have achieved this status through extensive certifications. Empired is also a member of the Dynamics Inner Circle with executive-level access to the Microsoft team. Strickland noted that Empired’s strong relationship with Microsoft enables it to gain early access to Microsoft product roadmaps and changes, which ensures customers are on the right path to success.

“Empired can substantially de-risk customers’ Dynamics 365 projects, helping customers get the best from their digital transformation efforts,” Strickland said.

The 2021 ISG Provider Lens Microsoft Ecosystem report for Australia acknowledged Empired’s longstanding partnership with Microsoft, noting that Empired was the first Microsoft Azure Expert MSP partner to fully adopt Microsoft Azure Lighthouse. Empired continues to invest in expanding and upgrading the team’s skillsets further and is building its capacity to deliver projects anywhere in the world.

“Empired is constantly working behind the scenes to achieve certifications and recognition such as this. This means our customers can have peace of mind that their projects are being managed by a genuine leader and a team of passionate experts that are invested in the project’s success. Empired works with customers to futureproof their projects and align them for ongoing value,” Strickland said.
