Engenco adopts SugarCRM's AI-driven platform
AI-driven CRM platform provider SugarCRM has implemented its platform for engineering company Engenco Group.
The Engenco Group is using SugarCRM to consolidate its customer data, improve customer insights and enhance customer experience.
According to Engenco project manager David Hodgman, 78% of the company’s team now access the platform on a regular basis.
“We chose SugarCRM as it provides a full suite of capabilities that will give us a complete view of customer data that we can then translate into insights. We wanted a CRM that can integrate seamlessly with our ERP data for an instant view into sales performance metrics within business units for enhanced decision-making,” Hodgman said.
“Most importantly, our data will be stored locally in Australia, giving us the assurance that sensitive data can stay securely in our local environment. Prior to partnering with SugarCRM, we did not have a CRM in place.”
The executive team also uses the platform to track in-flight opportunities across each of the group’s three business units — Rail and Road, Power and Propulsion and Workforce Solutions.
Meanwhile the ability to access customer data from within Microsoft Outlook has improved communications and minimised the need for application switching, Hodgman said.
SugarCRM channel partner CRM Online Australia assisted closely with the discovery and implementation process.
