Evolt360 opts for NetSuite
Evolt360 has selected Oracle NetSuite to replace its manual reporting processes and patchwork of technology solutions including Xero, Fathom HQ, Hubspot and Excel.
Founded in 2015, the organisation is a digital body scanning solution that gives health and fitness professionals instant and detailed data about their client’s body to help design better health and wellness programs. Evolt360 currently helps more than half a million active users take control of their health. To address inventory tracking issues, slow fulfilment and unify data across operations, the organisation decided to replace existing systems with NetSuite.
“We have seen an increasing demand from consumers for a more innovative and data-centric approach to tracking health and wellness,” said Ed Zouroudis, co-founder of Evolt360.
“Our equipment and health apps are used by thousands of gyms and fitness centres around the world, which in turn are used by thousands of their members. This gives our operation an ever-expanding footprint. To ensure our technology operates both seamlessly and cost-efficiently, we needed a unified and automated system that could give us a real-time view of our business operations both locally and internationally. After considering our requirements and our options, choosing NetSuite to manage our rapid expansion and create more efficient processes was an easy decision.”
NetSuite will help enable Evolt360 to consolidate its global financials and reporting, improve visibility into inventory and sales orders, and establish a subscription-based business model within a unified platform. With NetSuite, Evolt360 is expected to have a centralised data source that will provide it with a real-time view of its entire business, enabling it to make more informed decisions about critical business functions. In addition, by automating previously manual tasks, NetSuite will help the Evolt360 team free up time so they can focus on changing the fitness business.
“We are proud to work with businesses like Evolt360 that are paving the way in emerging industries,” said Scott Wiltshire, General Manager ANZ at Oracle NetSuite.
“By integrating operations on NetSuite, Evolt360 is expected to be in a stronger position to deliver on its potential as it works toward its ultimate vision of building consumer trust in the wellness industry.”
