Innovation Summit's line-up revealed
The annual Innovation Summit will be held by Schneider Electric in Sydney, May 2017.
A number of inspirational industry leaders, including award-winning documentary maker, television presenter and businessman Todd Sampson, will be present at the event.
The conference will allow attendees to discover the latest trends and strategies that will benefit organisations from 2017 and beyond.
“We’re looking forward to a thrilling day of interactive IT and data centre technology experiences at the Innovation Summit. We’d encourage anyone with a passion for solving big challenges and learning about the future of business technology to register to attend,” said Schneider Electric Zone President for Australia and New Zealand Gareth O'Reilly.
With data centres at the centre of digital life, digitisation and the growth of the Internet of Things (IoT), huge demands will be placed on the world’s networks and data centre infrastructure. Growth in the cloud and at the edge is creating a distributed architecture that will require a new way to manage it holistically.
There is a need to ensure data centre physical infrastructure can adapt quickly, to support whatever the future brings, without compromising availability or operational efficiency.
“Participants will be able to uncover the latest innovations and strategies that will benefit organisations in 2017 and the future. Through Innovation at Every Level, we will futureproof and redefine data centres, and address the balance of speed without compromising availability or operational efficiency,” said Schneider Electric Vice President for IT Business and Strategic Segments Joe Craparotta.
