KPMG Australia announces collaboration with nCino

KPMG Australia has established an alliance with nCino, Inc., a leader in cloud banking and digital transformation solutions for the global financial services industry, to help financial institutions transform the customer experience while improving middle and back office operations. KPMG will support Australian banking clients through the deployment of nCino’s Bank Operating System to provide a seamless experience across devices, channels and products while driving efficiency and regulatory compliance.

“Customers are expecting a better experience from their bank; most banks have challenges with operational efficiency and internal time to competency, and secure and responsible lending is in the spotlight. The combination of KPMG’s Banking Operational Excellence Practice and nCino’s Bank Operating System is well positioned to help navigate these challenges,” said Alex Moreno, Partner at KPMG Australia.

Customers now expect to interact with financial institutions in a number of different ways. KPMG Australia is working with nCino to fulfil banking customer needs and evolving expectations. Zameer Momin, Director of Strategic Partnerships (APAC) at nCino, noted that nCino has a track record of helping financial institutions innovate while optimising their processes.

“As more and more financial institutions are embarking on their business transformations, we are truly excited to be able to offer the power of KPMG Australia’s banking operations knowledge with nCino’s cloud technology to help create a robust and scalable digital experience,” Momin said.

Moreno added that the nCino Bank Operating System addresses many of the challenges faced by the sector.

“The nCino relationship is another step KPMG Australia is making in the Salesforce ecosystem to bring the latest integrated capabilities to our clients in the banking sector,” Moreno said.
