The eCopy PaperWorks document distribution software is designed to streamline document distribution and workflow.

Users can combine scanned or faxed documents with word processor files, spreadsheets, presentations or email documents to create a secure, searchable PDF document that is easy to manage and distribute.

The built-in OCR engine also creates searchable text for any text which has been formatted as part of an image so the entire document becomes searchable.

Enhanced document management connectors enable users to integrate documents into other management systems such as Microsoft SharePoint, EMC Documentum, Autonomy Worksite and Open Text eDocs DM.

Enhanced security stamps and unique reference numbering help to organise, track and account for business documents.
